Minors

Parents of children under eighteen years of age are responsible for their children's dental bills.  After age eighteen, changes in responsibility are at the parents' discretion.  Simply let us know of any billing changes.

In case of divorce or other financially delicate situations, we require payment from the parent or guardian who usually brings the child to our office.  We will be happy to provide duplicate statements for reimbursement to that person.
